Im(mortal)

Synopsis

"Stefen, what's the point of being an Immortal if I don't help people?" Orphaned Sophie Crawford has spent her whole life wondering who she is and where she came from. On a cold February morning, she is brought to Safe House by Stefen Black who reveals that she is a descendant of Immortals. "Sophie, when you fall in love, truly fall in love, the Immortality is breached, you lose the sacred part of your being." In less than three days Sophie must choose whether she wants to sign her mortal life away and embrace an eternity bound to the laws of Safe House or give up her immortality for an ordinary life. Torn between her growing affection for Stefen and the desire to find her place in the world, Sophie must make a choice between duty and love in a struggle that entwines both life and death.
