Synopsis
● "A comet collides with the Earth and almost all of mankind is wiped out by massive flooding world-wide when the poles melt. A handful of humans survive around the world on mountain tops. Two groups at Lake Tahoe California have rushed to nearby mountains to survive. One group is a fundamental Christian church group and another is a reformed Jewish temple group on a vacation. Eventually both groups meet and combine efforts to build empty oil drum rafts from 50-gallon oil drums that have washed ashore. They then sail in search of food and shelter. A cantor in the Jewish temple group begins to have visions that all come true. As they continue on their Epic voyage they find an intercontinental land bridge to the Hawaii islands where they walk and sail seeking food and shelter." ― paraphrased from this book's product page on Amazon.com as of 2025-04-21
