Synopsis

Transforming himself into king of a post-industrialized Faerie after a crash landing, a war-dragon of Babel sets up young Will as his lieutenant, sending Will on a strange quest, during which he acquires a surrogate daughter, Esme, finds success as a political aide, and meets his true love. Reprint.
