Synopsis

Science fiction novel. Sequel to 'Time Future', winner of the 1999 George Turner Prize. The deep space station Jocasta is awaiting a vote to free it from the Confederacy. However its commander, Halley, vanishes when an experiment with a jump drive leaves her captured in the earth's past. Powerful forces conspire against Halley ever returning alive. Author works at the Australian National University, Canberra.
