Synopsis

South Reach is a world filled with Druids, Mages, Dwarves, Elves and other races, such as the Sol Nomen, the Myads, and the Knightens. Within THE KNIGHTENS QUEST the reader will meet characters like: Taun - a young girl who must prevail through life's trials to become a Druid Mage, Dagan - a young half elf who must learn how to be a king, Ragor - a short Sol Nomen elder who loves his pastries in the morning, Naram - a quiet giant-sized man with a gentle heart, Buroldt - a first Druid Mage whose spirit inhabits a stone, Filaggran - an elf who loves telling the tale of a cross legged, doped up horse, and Whitewind - an Elven horse who doesn't think the tale is all that funny. Along with many more characters, the reader will find friends and foes through the pages. A magician, Dithron, has escaped the Void the Druid Mage Kerix imprisoned him in 200 years ago, and is using the Forbidden Magic again. Already damaged, the world's magic can't survive this abuse, and neither can the gods. The world's survival, and that of the very gods, depends on Taun and Dagan. First, they must bring back the Knightens and restore the Knightens magic to the world. No one knows where they are, or who has them. With their friends, they follow the clues left by prophecy. But time is running out. Will they find them before it's too late, or will all be lost? Centuries ago, the Druid Mage Kerix banished the magician Dithron into a dark place called the Void. Now, Dithron's son, Zestron, helps his father escape and banishes the Knightens into another Void, in an attempt to keep a prophecy from coming true. Taun and Dagan learn how to use the magic of the world and follow the clues left by prophecy. With Taun slowly dying from the "ultimate sacrifice," and Dithron's minions chasing them, intent on destroying them to save their leader, they race to find the Knightens. Time is running out. Their gods are dying. And the storms Dithron's abuse of the Forbidden Magic causes are destroying land and people.
