A Breath of Life

Synopsis

Alone again. Like everyone else, Nick's life was thrown out of control by the outbreak. Unfortunately, hers more so than others. Nick and her grandfather Anton were adrift, running from town to town, trying to stay alive. She was the one that kept them both alive. When they found a group of people, Nick dared to hope her heavy burden would be lifted, so that she could relax. But, as often is in life, they were thrown adrift again, and despite the rest of the group rallying around Nick, she has never felt so alone. A choice stands before her. Should she continue along with them, or slip away in the night? Trigger warnings: Blood and gore. Death. Rape and sexual abuse.
