His tales are gorgeously unsettling glimpses of a world that lies beside and beneath and within our own, within the ruined cities and blasted relationships of contemporary America: brutal, beautiful, and absolutely unforgettable." - Elizabeth Hand "Exciting, new, and weirdly compelling.
