The Drastic Dragon of Draco, Texas

Synopsis

From the back cover of the Bantam first edition: The wild west just got wilder! A dragon is terrorizing Texas - charring the landscape, tainting the water supply, gobbling up cattle, and generally make a nuisance of itself. Not some overgrown desert reptile, mind you but a real, live, fire-breathing dragon. And nobody from the round-and-ready border town of Draco has the slightest idea how to stop it, until a courageous young woman seeking fame and adventure in the Wild West discovers its astonishing secret.
